Artwork Submissions

Max Print Size: currently our max print size is 13" by 18".

We understand how difficult it can be to adhere to the print industry's regulations, especially for those who are not computer savvy. So we are here to try to and make it as easy as possible. Please use the following information to properly prepare your file before sending it to us.

Acceptable File Types

VECTORS: (.ai, .eps, .svg)

When possible always submit artwork as a vector. A true vector file can be resized without losing resolution. This is important when printing because we can very easily change size without compromising the quality of the image.

Before sending us your vector file please do the following:

Convert all text to outlines.
Convert colors to Pantone (PMS) spot colors. Using the Pantone Match System allows precise color matching this way there is no confusion.
Make sure that any raster based images that are in your vector file are at least 300ppi (pixels per inch) and are exactly the size you want to be printed.

If your unsure whether an image is a vector do the following:

Open the file.
Zoom in very close to the image.
If the image remains crisp it is a vector, if it begins to pixelate it is a raster based image.

If you can't send us a vector file or your image is raster based that's ok. Please understand that raster images cannot be scaled the same as a vector. As you see from the image above raster images contain a certain number of ppi(pixels per inch). So if the image is low resolution it will reveal pixels. These pixels can translate to the print.

In order to avoid a poor quality print please do the following before sending us your file:

Make sure your graphic is exactly the size of desired print.( for example: if you want the graphic to be 10 inches by 5 inches on the shirt, make sure the graphic is 10" by 5" on the computer as well)
Make sure the image is at least 300ppi (pixels per inch)
Avoid sending us JPEG's and GIF's when possible. Instead send us .tif , .psd, and .png file types.
